Digital Dappolone Statement of Privacy and Terms of Use

Okay, this is really simple. No legal jargon, no pages and pages of language more archaic than the original printing of Principia. Here's the deal:

  • All of the materials and resources specifically hosted or provided by DigitalDapp.org are the property of DigitalDapp.org and are protected by intellectual copyrights. Documents, course materials, and resources provided here are free to all teachers for their own use and for distribution to their students.
  • Teachers and other educators are welcomed to use, manipulate, change, and reproduce any of the materials found on the Course Materials for Teachers Page (if you make a substantial change that works for you, send it back to me so I can post it and let others reap the benefits). Also, feel free to use the concepts from the Napoleon's Buttons literacy experiment and Mastery Grading in your own praxis - but please, let me know about it and PLEASE share your results and experiences with me.

As for the remaining materials, please feel free to use those as well, with proper attribution.
  • External resources and sites are the property of their owners and hosts. I take no responsibility for the content of external links.
  • If you submit materials to me to post on this site (see my submission guidelines), credit will be given to the provider, but the materials become public domain like all of the materials provided by DigitalDapp.org directly.
  • Any information collected by DigitalDapp.org is shared with only two people - you and me. I don't provide information to any third parties for any reason without your permission (of course, I've never met anyone who wanted their information provided to telemarketers, junk mailers, and spyware writers), so let's just say that you're good to do.
  • Spread the word. Let everyone who can take advantage of what they find here do so - the education of students is the ultimate goal, so let's make it as easy as possible for everyone.
That's all. If you have any questions, email me.
